Superb apartment in brilliant location Positive: Excellent apartment with everything you needed only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Old Town. Absolutely beautiful place and location! Negative: Nothing other than it’s up two flights of steep stairs which could be an issue to anyone less mobile. My wife and I are both retired but we still managed it.

Positive: Appartement très sympa agréable et très bien placé accès aux ruelles du vieux-quebec et au château Frontenac à pied. Réponse aux mails rapidement et tout le détail avant location impeccable. Parking public juste à côté (même si payant), l'avantage est que l'on peut tout faire à pied. Et Bus 80 qui fait Place J Cartier à l'aéroport (aérogare) accès arrest de bus une bonne demi-heure de marche puis 1h de bus. Negative: RAS, un parking inclus aurait était un plus.

Les ressorts du canapé lit grincent. Pas très agréable durant la nuit. Negative: Pas beaucoup de renseignements sur place où se trouvent les poubelles

Le vieux-Québec est accessible à distance de marche. Les meubles et décoration étaient biens. Negative: La propreté de certains endroits laissait à désirer. J’ai dû nettoyer à mon arrivée. Équipement de la cuisine pourrait être bonifié.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très bien situé à proximité du vieux Québec et de la gare de bus et trains. Positive: Propreté, équipement, espace. Tout est parfait. Negative: Rien.

Positive: Kitchen Location Laundry Negative: The staff were very difficult to contact. We tried using different methods (messaging, phone numbers provided, email) and we either didn’t hear back or the response was so delayed it was not helpful.

Positive: Fully furnished & stocked for use! Lots of storage. Public parking close by, easy access to the lower and upper old city. Great shops nearby. Negative: Some preparations for our stay were overlooked: Cleaning appeared rushed (washroom and kitchen still had dirty surfaces), there were not enough towels for our booking, and the spare bed had dirty sheets. Staff did not respond for the first 24hrs (several phone calls and emails) so we had to raid an unlocked cleaning locker in the hallway. That was very frustrating & disappointing. Staff was very helpful once contacted.

Perfect spot for a Christmas holiday Positive: This apartment was clean and comfortable for our week long vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The bed was comfortable and the neighboring units were quiet. It was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We loved how close the apartment was to many of the city’s sights and good restaurants. It also had a great view of the marina. Negative: The WiFi was fairly weak. It’s been noted in previous reviews so we weren’t surprised. It made it difficult to use tablets and phones at the same time. The toilet was very slow to drain the first day we were there. We even thought it was going to overflow once but then It stopped on the second day without having to contact the property manager. We just made sure to hold the button down long enough for the toilet to fully drain and refill each time- so just patience seemed to make the difference.

Nicely fitted apartment at the foot of the hill from Old Quebec, but don’t rely on the wifi! Positive: The property is equipped with more than you could possibly use in a short stay. It was very comfortable. Negative: If I’m being generous I would describe the wifi as patchy. This mattered because the apartment didn’t have a phone despite being advertised as such. There are no support staff on site and the online support couldn’t answer the one question I asked. If you are travelling with an active sim in your phone then none of this matters, but we weren’t. There was no welcome pack in the property. Instead, there was a list of instructions on what to do on departure.

Overall it was a great stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We would come back again when we’re in Quebec. Positive: Location is close to everywhere we wanted to go and apartment has everything we needed. Negative: Bed and pillows were not as comfortable.

We visit Quebec City bi-annually. We will book this location again! Positive: The location was wonderfully located for our stay, nearby to restaurants, museums, shopping and the St .Lawrence River. The apartment was well maintained & spacious enough for yoga practice. Plenty of really hot water for bathing. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and basic supplies. Communication with your team for assistance was friendly, prompt, and always helpful, throughout our stay. Negative: Our key set only had one door key that worked for the apartment entry. If asked, we would have let your team know in advance of arrival that we would need 2 keys, & followup would not be needed.

Very enjoyable stay in lovely flat. Positive: Four sisters trip. Large space, nicely decorated. Excellent location for restaurants and antique shops. Excellent value for money. Negative: Would be helpful to have information on TV. Two bedrooms would be preferred but layout allowed us to manage. An elevator would be nice but we got used to the stairs. We are in our 70s and 80s. Ventilation could be improved.

This was a great home base for exploring Old Quebec Positive: The location near the marina was great! We walked everywhere in Old Quebec! We also walked from and back to the train station. The apartment was clean, though an odd configuration. The only windows were wonderful allowing light and air into the living area/kitchen. There were adequate kitchen utensils. Dishwasher and laundry soap were supplied. There were paper towels and some cooking oil and spices(no coffee☹️). Over all, very comfortable! Negative: The apartment was up 2 flights of stairs via a bad smelling hallway. Inside, you pass through a spare room, hallway and bedroom to reach the kitchen/ living area. Odd! The bed was like a hammock- uncomfortable! On our last day, I dropped something under the bed. When I looked under, I saw the bed was broken! Hopefully, the owner will quickly repair it!

Man muss die Koffer in den 2. Stock durch gefühlt 50 verwinkelte Gänge schleppen.

Unit was good value if you want to be close to the Old Quebec. Positive: Very close to Old Quebec. Lots of good restaurants close by. Also close to public parking. Unit itself was a good size. Kitchen was clean. We didn’t really cook, but we saw it was equipped with the basics. We loved that it had laundry facilities. Negative: The front door of the building didn’t lock, so we were a little concerned. Sink in the bathroom drained very slowly, but that’s a minor issue and a quick fix.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again in warmer weather. Positive: Our stay was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The host responded to any questions/concerns and immediately accommodated our needs. We would definitely stay here again. We had the best breakfast right around the block at L'antiquaire Buffet.
